What is the cost per seat?

Ticket prices is $99 per person. This includes round trip transportation and all tasting fees at the winery/brewery.

When do I need to pay?

Just like booking airline tickets, your seat is confirmed only with advance payment. Seats are booked on a first come first served basis. Please note that tickets are non-refundable once booked. In the event that you can not take the tour once it is booked, we will work with you to get you rescheduled on a future tour.

What days are tours available?

At Beyond the Vine Wine Tours, we schedule tours Thursday thru Sunday, excluding major holidays.

What wineries/breweries do you visit?

We are constantly working to create new partnerships with Indiana wineries. Please check out our Wineries and Non-Wineries tabs for more information.

Where do the tours start/end? Where do you pick up/drop off?

Our standard pick up and drop off location is at the Double Tree Hotel located at 155 Progressive Drive in Lafayette, IN. Tour guest may park their cars in the back lot between hotel and Interstate 65 and then proceed to the front lobby where the bus will be parked under the lobby awning.

How long are the tours?

Our standard pick up time is 11am and return time is approximately 5:30pm.

How many wineries do you visit on a tour?

We visit three wineries during a tour and spend approximately one hour at each location.

How many seats are available on the bus?

Our luxury bus has 14 spacious seats each with its own USB charging port and overhead storage space. Please note that seats are booked on a first come first served basis.

How far in advance do I need to book my tour?

We suggest booking as soon as you decide on a date for your tour. Our seats are booked on a first come first served basis and we only take 14 guest max on any given tour. Please note that we only schedule tours with the wineries once we have confirmed passengers. Seats are confirmed only after we have collected payment.

What is the minimum number of guest for a tour?

In order for a tour to go out, we require a minimum of 4 passengers. So grab a couple friends and get your tour booked! Besides, the more the merrier and more the fun!

Can I bring my own food and drinks on the tour?

You are welcome to bring your own beer, wine, soda, coffee, juice, water or energy drinks as well as snacks and other food items. We do NOT allow liquor to be consumed on the tour. We provide bottled waters on board that you are welcome to help yourself to. Many of the wineries offer small plates and craft pizzas for purchase. We offer advance purchase, boxed lunches for $14 plus tax that include a sandwich, chips and small side salad.
